Job Title: TMS Stores Operations Manager

Department:  TMS Programs

Reports to:  Director TMS Programs         

Number of direct reports:       0          Number of indirect reports:    0

FLSA Status:     Exempt                       


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all parts requirements are met per contractual customer requirements
  • Ensures all parts requirements are met for Wencor
  • Coordinates parts replenishment for consumables and rotable bank level requirements
  • Monitors contract delivery requirements to ensure deliveries are met.
  • Ensures compliance with customer & Wencor's quality and delivery requirements.
  • Identify potential Quality issues
  • Performs inbound and outbound Receiving / Shipping Inspection including Customs Clearance
  • Order entry and management duties for customer requested parts
  • Ensure full understanding of Processes as it relates to materials in the IDG TMS program
  • Maintain on-site warehouse in compliance with Wencor's procedures
  • Order Shipping Materials Order monthly or bi-monthly shipping supplies and thermal printer supplies.
  • Cycle Count of Inventory
  • Flexible schedule to meet customer shop requirements
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, or enroll in appropriate courses within two months of position start date.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; expected to gain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software as applicable.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with three years related experience and/or training.  Computer and/or Keyboarding skills required.
