Job Title: PMA Growth Director [W]

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Improve PD PMA project evaluation hit rates by working with sales to identify additional project customers
  • Reduce new PMA stockouts by helping procurement size 1st buys based on improved market analysis
  • Perform targeted relaunches of recently certified high market value PMAs with low/no sales to-date
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to create compelling PMA value creation presentations to support successful customer visits
  • Support sales customer visit "ride-alongs" to share best practices in both identify great PMA project and drive PMA growth
  • Other Duties as asigned

Language Skills: Capacity to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community in a professional manner. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills: Familiar with ANSI 14.5 dimension and geometric tolerance standards.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables. Capacity to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Is occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Is regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

  • Has clear vision at 20 inches or less and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
  • Works in moderate noise levels.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of related experience and training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced business analysis techniques (MBA preferred).
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) experience highly preferred.
